Roddy New Homes (RNH) is redeveloping an 8-acre brownfield site in Hythe, transforming it into a mixed-use community. The project includes 86 residential homes, 152m² of commercial space, and a 66-bedroom care home. Currently, RNH is in the early stages of demolition, focusing on concrete crushing of the old factory before taking on the Principal Contractor role.
